Founded in 1989,Ningbo Xingyi Fastener Co.,Ltd. is located in NingBo Chemical Industrial Zone,which has the charming scenery and the transport facilities.
The company has a productive history of twenty years. It originally started from processing the fasteners. Now it has developed into one of the largest hot forging fastener manufactories in China. At present, it has a professional and large-scale fastener export base.Our company can produce the internal and external hexagonal bolts according to DIN German Standard,ANSI American Standard,BS British Standard,JIS Japanese Standard, AS Australian Standard etc. It mainly produces 50mm-2000mm length, M20-M64 diameter 8.8 level;10.9 level;12.9 GR external hexagonal bolts and M20-M64;50mm-2000mm length 8.8 GR;10.9 GR;12.9 GR internal hexagonal bolts.
We can produce about 3000 tons of the fasteners every month. It currently is a member to China Fastener Association, China Steel Construction Society, Ningbo Heat Treatment Society. It is the first in this industry to pass ISO9001:2000 Quality System Certification from CQC in 2000. It introduces 6S Management in 2007.Meanwhile it also firstly estabilshes ISO/IEC17025 Standard Laboratory in this industry. We can ensure that every lot of the goods conforms to the standard requirements by the sound product quality control system and the strict production process control. All the products shall implement three rigorous procedures of the self-inspection from the operators, the tour-inspection of the touring inspectors,the final products in-stock inspection. We also accept the strict monitor from the second party (the customers) and the third party (the certification institution). At the same time, we strengthen the client management and our coordinative communication mechanism with the customers.
